Terms and Conditions

1. The fee for on-line legal advice will be minimum USD 15 which will cover maximum of 3 questions. The fee for every additional question will be USD 5. For Indian residents the fee will be INR 750 for 3 questions and INR 250 for every additional question. Transfer charges are excluded.

2. Each question should cover only one query. No sub-questions are allowed. Each sub-question if included in the question will be considered as an independent question and is chargeable for fee as per the rates mentioned above.

3. Our legal counsel reserves right to decline answer to any question without assigning any reason. The fee paid for such declined question will not be refunded but may be adjusted for any fresh question from the client. The refusal to answer question may be on the grounds of question requiring detailed discussion (chargeable at rates of our regular fees), unethical or immoral question, legal advice intended to harm any person, etc.

4. The question(s) arising from our legal advice provided in response to client's question will be considered as a new question and is chargeable at the rate of USD 5 (INR 250 for Indian residents) per question.

5. The client shall ask question only through email. The reply shall also be sent through email only. No telephonic enquiry shall be entertained.

6. The fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstance. We shall not be responsible in any manner if the fee is sent by you but not received by us for any reason.

7. The efforts shall be made to send reply to legal query within 3 working days (excluding the date of receipt of legal fee in India). In an unlikely event of delay in sending the reply the client is requested to bear with us.

8. The reply to any legal query shall be in the form of advice and shall not form part of any judicial or quasi-judicial proceedings. We shall not be liable or accountable in any manner for any action taken by the client on the basis of legal advice provided through this service.

9. The client undertakes to use the legal advice provided through this service only for his/her use. The client shall also not make public or publish in any manner the contents of our legal advice.

10. This service is meant for personal use of the client. The client undertakes not to make any commercial use of our service directly or indirectly.

11. Drafting/pleading/written submissions/arguments/case laws shall not be covered by this service.

12. All disputes relating to this service shall be subject to Jurisdiction of Bombay High Court, Mumbai, India.

13. AGGARWAL AND PARTNERS reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

14. Use of this service indicates that you have completely read and understood these terms and conditions and you agree to abide by them.
